Consultancy:

Project Management:
Project Management is vital to the success of any project, every project undertaken by Calibre is assigned to a Project Manager whose aim is to deliver that project on time, on schedule and to the Clients requirements.

Mechanical:
Calibre has a full suite of mechanical services that include: design and detailing, manufacture, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
Conceptual design together with plant layouts in a 3D model format can provide valuable insight into how the system or solution will look and function once it is built.

Electrical:
Calibre has electrical design engineers as well as registered electricians. The design and build of Motor Control Centres (MCC’s), field cabinets andfull site wired installations can be provided.
Full onsite wiring of equipment and their control sensors including the provision of all hardware, cabling and ancillary requirements together with installation compliance certification is available.

High level and Low level Automation and Control:
Calibre has high level and low level industrial automation and system integration capabilities. Proficiency in PLC, HMI and SCADA design and configuration are assured.
Bespoke functionality can be developed, configured, tested and proven through ‘realtime’ simulation modelling as well as its implementation and commissioning on site. When undertaking site installs site acceptance; testing is a pre-requisite and is always undertaken. Full System Integration is considered a ‘core service’ within Calibre’s capabilities, whether it be as part of a turnkey full solution package or simply as a stand-alone integration service.
Automation and Software Engineers can develop system-compatible software packages using a wide range of proprietary and open control platforms with the flexibility to cater to all types of applications, creating cost effective leading edge solutions for specialised applications.

Building Management and Security Technicians:
Calibre has security vetted technicians specifically qualified in systems for Building Access, Building environmental control, CCTV surveillance and point of sale monitoring systems.
Calibre’s Building Management and Security team can provide full turnkey solutions or integrate with existing installs.

RFID:
Calibre will work with you to develop, supply and install a RFID system tailored to your specific application. Calibre can help with attachment of tags onto or into your product, pallet, container, meat skid or as an ear-tag etc. Attention to chip, transponder, reader, antenna and software compatibility is assured.
